History and Formation

Recognizing the importance of union labor in maintaining high craftsmanship and safety standards, the Minnesota Ceramic Tile Contractors Association (MCTCA) was formed by experienced contractors, industry leaders, and representatives from the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers (BAC) to serve as a strong voice for union tile contractors in Minnesota.
